Barefoot: Increase The Connection With The Ground and Be Healthier

Walking can be said as a sport without money, easy to do, as well as having health benefits that can not be doubted.

Walking is also able to increase creativity with visual functions that we get when we walk longer.

Do you prefer to walk using sports shoes, or not at all?

A study conducted by Lieberman who is a biology profesor at Harvard University said an interesting thing about the relationship of walking and human connection with the ground.

Lieberman stated that people who lose their connection to the ground will be more vulnerable to falls.

People’s feet become less sensitive as they age. If they also have lost touch with the ground, they might become more vulnerable to falls. If your feet can’t sense what’s going on on the ground, maybe you’re more susceptible and more vulnerable [to falls], and shoes may be a part of that. “If we can give people brains, their reflexes, more information, that might help them,” said Lieberman.

Barefoot does have its own pleasant sensation, and we can feel the peaceful energy transferred by the ground into us through the soles of the feet.

Not only is it good for health, barefoot can increase our concern about the environment and increase gratitude every day.

We walk while continuing to realize that life is not as bad as we thought, and we can feel the energy from the ground that accustoms our feet to be able to survive barefoot.
